I worked with the owner of the Bistro on the design of this cookbook. The chef uses composition notebooks for his recipe creation and notes. The cover of the cookbook is one of his actual notebooks. The interior has a journal or hand created quality. There are stains and wine or coffee rings throughout to call out special entries.
